Ugh. Someone new has been making the spinach corn souffle. The past three times it’s been on the menu, it’s been curdley instead of creamy, and the top has been so overbrowned that it’s tough and has an unpleasant flavor. I was glad to discover that their was last corn that last time, however. Someone put WAAAAAAAY too much corn in last time. What’s going on at lifesource???

Sorry you didn’t like the Spinach Corn Soufflé this time around. 🙁

We were surprised to hear that you feel there’s so much variation in the batches, it’s one of our most popular offerings and we almost always sell out of it. I’ve passed your comment along to the Deli staff to see if there’s anything we can do to improve the quality and consistency in the future.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you thought of it! 🙂

I remember when it was first put out months ago–whoever made it put the cheese on the bottom (under the egg mixture) and it was perfect! With the cheese being on top, it turns brown and hard because it’s exposed too long to the heat. Just food for thought. Thanks for your reply.
