Staff Favorite Holiday Recipe: Holiday Salsa

I am thankful for so many things that often times I will be thanking the sun for shining and the flowers for blooming! I am also thankful on a daily basis for my loving family and the beautiful grandchildren our sons have blessed us with! —Anita Stoltz

Holiday Salsa

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 or 2 jalapeños, chopped
  • 1/3 cup lemon or lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 3/4 – 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients together, stir to mix well, and serve with chips
