Love your place, especially the hot food/salad bar and the packaged wraps and plastic containers of prepared foods. I would assume you don’t give out exact recipes, although you do list all ingredients, which I really appreciate.

If in case you do give out your recipes, the corn/spinach souffle yesterday was really good and I would sure love to have it.

I am addicted to your hot food and salad bar! As with the posting above I would love to have some of the recipes. I have a hard time making greens that my family likes. I have been bringing home some of what you offer in your hot bar and they are a hit, most of them made with chard. The hard cider greens yesterday were amazing. The tofu dishes you serve are also very tasty. The only way I know how to prepare tofu is baking and throwing into a stirfry or just tossing into a dish I am preparing. How do you get yours so full of flavor and how do you cook it to get the texture? It is always so good. I promise I will buy all the ingredients at LifeSource:)

Thanks Kindly, Rachel! So glad to hear that your family is enjoying some veggies! The chefs in our deli would doubtless be happy to share some of their secrets with you. Just come by with a notebook and a few minutes to chat. It would be best if you waited until the lunch rush is past to get their full attention. I suggest you try to talk with Gabe or Joel or Alicia for starters. Good luck!
