Grab a fresh fillet of Rockfish from LifeSource. Cut out the strip of pin bones mid fillet. Place on a lightly greased baking pan skin side down. Place four medium thick slices of lemon on the top of the fillet. Cut one tablespoon butter into four cubes and place a cube on top of each lemon slice. Broil high heat until the flesh flakes with a fork (about 15-20 min.)
