		<description>I am addicted to your hot food and salad bar! As with the posting above I would love to have some of the recipes.  I have a hard time making greens that my family likes.  I have been bringing home some of what you offer in your hot bar and they are a hit, most of them made with chard.  The hard cider greens yesterday were amazing.  The tofu dishes you serve are also very tasty.  The only way I know how to prepare tofu is baking and throwing into a stirfry or just tossing into a dish I am preparing.  How do you get yours so full of flavor and how do you cook it to get the texture?  It is always so good.  I promise I will buy all the ingredients at Lifesource:)</description>
